Rights and identity restrictions
Do not request or upload third-party brand marks, characters, celebrity likenesses, team identities, platform logos, counterfeit goods, dupe claims, replicas, lookalike assets or other protected content without a valid right to use it.
Honest product presentation
Do not present generated images as documentary photography, official brand assets or evidence of certification. Do not invent materials, included items, prices, safety features, test results or endorsements. Users must review product shape, colour, scale and context.
Prohibited harmful use
The service must not be used for unlawful products, fraud, phishing, deceptive impersonation, sexual exploitation, hateful abuse, dangerous instructions, malware, credential theft or attempts to bypass safety controls.
Required publishing review
Before publication, users must confirm all product facts, price, quantity, materials, care directions, required disclosures and compliance statements. The user is responsible for the final listing and its lawful use.
Enforcement
We may reject a request, remove content or suspend access where use creates legal, safety, fraud or rights risks. Repeated or serious violations may result in termination and lawful reporting.
