You retain ownership of product facts, instructions, files and other content you submit. You grant Cloudglareit and necessary processors a limited, worldwide licence to host, reproduce, transmit and process that content only to provide, secure and support the requested service.
Your responsibility for rights
You confirm that you own or have permission to use submitted content. Do not submit third-party brands, protected characters, recognisable people, confidential files or restricted content without the required consent or licence.
Generated outputs
Subject to payment, these terms and applicable law, you may use generated listing drafts for your lawful commercial listing work. AI outputs may not be unique, and similar content may be produced for other users. We do not provide an intellectual-property clearance opinion.
Review before use
You must review outputs for third-party rights, factual accuracy, product consistency and required disclosures. Remove unexpected marks, incorrect text, misleading scenes, people or protected elements before publication.
Service materials
Cloudglareit retains rights in the website, interface, workflow, templates, software and service documentation. Your subscription permits use of the service but does not transfer ownership of those materials.
