Who is responsible
CLOUD GLARE IT SOLUTIONS LIMITED, 8 Laburnum Way TW19 7SQ England, is the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact support@cloudglareit.shop or +44 7852008659 for privacy questions or rights requests.
What we collect and collection sources
Collection sources include information you provide directly, including name, email, company, website, billing contact, support messages, product briefs, user input, text instructions, uploaded files if enabled, generated outputs and export choices. We may also receive transaction status, subscription plan, invoices, fraud signals and limited payment metadata from payment providers.
Technical data may include IP address, browser type, device information, cookie choices, access times and service logs. Complete card numbers and card security codes are entered with the payment provider and are not received by us.
Why we use data and legal bases
- Contract: provide the workspace, generate outputs, deliver exports, manage credits and administer subscriptions.
- Legitimate interests: secure the service, prevent abuse, resolve faults, improve reliability and respond to enquiries.
- Consent: non-essential analytics or marketing where consent is required; consent can be withdrawn.
- Legal obligation: tax, accounting, consumer, fraud-prevention and regulatory records.
AI inputs, outputs and files
Product briefs and requested image directions may be sent to an AI provider solely to produce the requested output. Do not submit passwords, payment credentials, special-category personal data, confidential third-party files or content you do not have permission to use.
Recent workspace history is stored in the user's browser unless an account-backed history feature is active. Operational request logs may be retained for security and fault resolution. We do not claim to train AI models on customer inputs or outputs. Users may delete browser history from the account page and contact us about server-held data.
Who we share data with
We use service providers for hosting, infrastructure, AI generation, payment processing, email, customer support, analytics and digital delivery. Stripe or PayPal may process payment details under their own privacy terms. Providers receive only the data reasonably needed for their role and are subject to contractual or legal safeguards. We may disclose data where required by law, to protect rights and safety, or during a lawful business transfer.
International transfers
Providers may process data outside the United Kingdom or European Economic Area. Where required, we rely on adequacy regulations, approved contractual clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or another lawful transfer mechanism, together with proportionate security measures.
How long we keep data
- Account and subscription records: while active and generally up to six years after closure where needed for legal and accounting obligations.
- Support and contact records: generally up to 24 months after the matter closes.
- Security logs: generally up to 12 months unless a longer period is needed to investigate abuse.
- Product inputs and generated files: for the time needed to provide the requested operation, workspace history or export, then deleted or anonymised according to service configuration and valid user requests.
Security
We use access controls, encryption in transit, restricted administrative access, provider security controls and monitoring appropriate to the service. No internet service is risk-free, so users should avoid uploading sensitive credentials and maintain secure account access.
UK GDPR, EU GDPR and California rights
Depending on location and applicable law, users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent. Users may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office or their local supervisory authority.
California residents may request access, correction or deletion and information about collection and disclosure. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We will not discriminate for exercising applicable rights. Identity verification may be required.
Cookies, automated decisions and children
Essential cookies support security and sessions. Optional analytics operate according to cookie choices. See the Cookie Policy.
AI generation assists content drafting but does not make legal or similarly significant decisions about users. The service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
