Service and eligibility
Cloudglareit is an online-only digital SaaS for preparing product listing visual prompts, copy drafts, alt text and checklists. No physical goods, shipping, installation or on-site services are included. Users must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
Accounts, subscriptions and credits
Users must provide accurate account and billing information and protect access credentials. Paid plans are recurring monthly subscriptions in USD and renew automatically until cancelled. Credits measure permitted workspace operations; they have no cash value, cannot be transferred and expire or reset as stated for the plan.
AI drafts and user review
Outputs are drafts. The user is responsible for reviewing product facts, prices, quantities, materials, safety statements, rights, disclosures and legal compliance before publishing or acting. Cloudglareit does not guarantee sales, acceptance by any third party, factual accuracy or intellectual-property clearance.
User content
Users retain ownership of their inputs and grant us and necessary processors a limited licence to host, transmit and process those inputs to provide, secure and support the service. Users confirm they have permission to submit the content and that it complies with our Acceptable Use Policy.
Payment and cancellation
Charges are processed by the selected payment provider. Taxes may apply based on billing location. Users can request cancellation through account support before renewal. Cancellation stops future renewal and access continues until the end of the current paid period, subject to law and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, update or modify service features to protect security, improve performance or meet legal requirements. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, but will use reasonable care in operating the service.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict access for material breach, fraud, abusive generation, security risk, unlawful content or non-payment. Users may stop using the service at any time. Provisions concerning payment, rights, liability and disputes survive where necessary.
Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to applicable consumer law, we are not responsible for indirect loss or business decisions made without reviewing AI drafts.
Law and contact
